Now days you see celebrities, people on TV, even general public with glistening white shiny teeth. Well recently I purchased Crest Whitening strips of E bay and I have to admit they give you a nice white shade, I have previously had my teeth professionally whitened but it didn't take to the shade I would of liked them to be...the strips that can be purchased usually a pound a strip, are meant to be left on for 5 minutes I personally think if left on longer gives a better result. Instructions are pretty simple.
