The Red Lip

This is one trend that never goes out of fashion. There’s a red lip out there to suit every skintone. Pair with black eyeliner for a glam evening look or with just a couple of coats of mascara for daytime chic. Or just red lipstick on its own can make you look glam with hair up in a neat tidy bun or down and messy chic. A red I'm loving right now on brown skin is a deep red I have seen on M.I.A.

As for those with short hair and you want to have fuller longer looking hair.

It may be best to buy a hair piece that can be clipped into the hair just make sure that the hair matches in color.

If the fake hair extension is lighter than your hair it can still look natural.

This is possible if you pick natural human hair so you can style the ends with foam curlers or rollers.


This style I created with alot of back-combing as I have no padded hair piece to apply with the bun and then I added one hair extension peice and created curls as well as giving a puff as the front of the hair created by using heated rollers and back brushing for volume, then just having a side fringe to finish it off.

Be it corals, reds, or something a little bolder, bright lips are having something of a moment with the A-list. So follow their lead and dare to go a shade bolder...

 Bright lips look good just on their own, no foundation, no blusher and no eye make-up just apply a bright color and it will immediately brighten up your face and you can still look fresh!
